Carolina Dunes features multiple styles of condominiums that can accommodate your family or group of families. One bedroom condos can sleep up to 6, Two bedroom condos sleep up to eight and three bedroom condos sleep up to ten. Elevators and stairs provide access to all levels of the complex. Parking is free and on the property next to the building.

All condos feature spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, full size bathrooms, dining room, living room, and adjoining balcony with views of the ocean and pool area. Bedding consists of king size beds in the master bedroom. The second bedroom of the two bedroom condos have two queen size beds. The second bedroom of three bedroom condos have two twin size beds while the third bedroom has two queen size beds (except the penthouses which have a king in the third bedroom). All condos have a queen size sofa bed in addition to the beds in each bedroom.
